1. While renting an equipment what all documents to be produced?
* Identity proof, * Address Proof, * Purchase order in case of companies, * Rental agreement and a *cheque leaf(as guarentee)
2. How should ipay the rent?
One month rent should be payed in advance
3. Can i rent an equipment for any period?
Normal rental period is one month, to extend the agreement should be renewed
4. What are the payment modes?
Payment can be made through bank transfer or in cash.
5. Will there be on site delivery?
In most cases we will install the equipment on customer site.
6. In case of hardware/software failure, what about support?
In case of hardware failure ,except physical damages company will do the replacement and service free of cost.
